The Defense Ministry Research and Development Agency conducted a successful test of 4th and 3rd A level bullet-proof vests in the army`s shooting range in Batujajar, Bandung, on Wednesday, in the presence of training and development chief of the defense ministry Prof Lilik Hendrajaya.
